Named Expressions NZ
A shipped suite of named expressions are available to support the Annual Holiday and Leave Pay calculations defined within the NZ Holidays Act.
Enhanced Allowances
Enhancements to the payroll engine enables users to pay the greater or lesser of a calculated amount or fixed value, specify a configuration code for allowances based on units worked, configure an allowance based on a schedule of rates which varies to an employee's substantive employment classification, and pay an allowance based on days' work in pay period.
Enhanced PPARS Integration
Native integration for sending compliance data to the Victorian PPARS reporting body, done seamlessly within a compliance bulk action worksheet. Providing visibility of data validation issues for each application reported.
NSW Portal Integration Enhancements
Reduces dependencies on custom configuration to store and send data. Improve communication between the council and applicant, allowing both access to requests and respond to information requests more effectively.
Application Lodgment Source Indicators
Provides better insight into the volume of applications coming in from various sources. Helping council improve system and staffing resource allocation.
Additional Application Statistics
Provides richer reporting over KPIs, particularly application processing time and outstanding payments. Providing a better understanding of operations that may require optimisation or additional resources.
Rich text commentary for Activities, Affectations and Permissiblities
Allows council to store rich, explanatory text within P&R compliance for zoning and overlays. This information can be produced in a certificate, without the need to read related property information. This also helps to simplify DocOne and document view configuration.

Easily correct migrated data without the need for CSV imports or data that may have been input incorrectly by animal owners.
Improved Disposal Information Options

Outlook Add-in: Usability Enhancements
Moving from email and attachment to original email in the Outlook add-in captures the email and any attachments as received. Updated labels also better reflect the function of each option.

ETL Tables as a Data Source for XLOne
XLOne can now use ETL tables as a data source, allowing on demand, online reporting at runtime without data warehousing.
Warehouse Table Maintenance performance enhancements
Warehouse table maintenance now has targeted capability to perform and track maintenance tasks like adding columns and modifying indexes, particularly beneficial for large volume warehouse tables.
Analytics Bulk Maintenance of Visualisations
Streamlines visualisation maintenance allowing bulk changes to criteria or data models replacement across multiple visualisations.
XLOne Enhanced Transaction Drilldown
Simplifies access to an attachment with a single click from an XLOne report.
Department for Education (DfE) Apply & Register Service Integration
Providers can now interact with the Department of Education's (DfE) apply and register services via API integration, to manage the application, offer and reporting of teacher trainees.
Clash-Free Timetabling
Students can now generate a clash-free timetable and register for classes within the Student Portal's My Timetable
Student Reward Integration (TCSI)
Providers can now extract the Commonwealth Scholarships data for TCSI reporting directly from the student reward.
Module Choice Line Preferences
Students choosing optional modules during enrolment can now select multiple preferences per choice line, so that they can be reviewed and approved by a staff member before being added to the study plan.
STARTUP-HELP Loan Scheme
Providers now have the capabilities for supporting the STARTUP-HELP loan scheme and students are able to submit an eCAF via the Student Portal to receive funding.
Add Videos to Articles
Users can now seamlessly add videos to knowledge base articles. Enabling the effective use of video to convey information, making articles more informative and dynamic for your community and customer service teams.
Auto recovery of content
The DxP knowledge base now supports auto-recovery in all content editors. Allowing knowledge engineers to easily recover lost work – pick up right where you left off and save valuable time.
Switch between linked accounts
View any linked user account when logged into DxP Customer via a council's website. Users can also easily switch between accounts without having to log out.
Copy and Paste in Content Editor
Enables the use of the 'Copy Content' action on a page and 'Paste Content' on another page. This will copy all content elements from the original page, but does not include information from the details tab.
DxP LG Application Lodgment Dashboard
Allows organisations to track trends and user interactions via the Application Lodgment Dashboard. This data enables informed decision-making and enhances content for improved user engagement.
Timetable Change Management Enhancements
Enhancements enable users to make informed decisions when changing timetables by seeing preference scoring and violation reasons against a non-viable start time.
Timetable Requirements Collector
Enhancements for timetable requirements collector to support jointly taught and variant activities, improving the data collection process for institutions.
Course & Course Offerings
Utilising the continuous timeline database to define each course independent of time. This supports scenarios where the same course is offered separately on multiple campuses, through different delivery styles or in different semesters of the same planning period.
Timetable Bulk Processing
Enables users to make changes in bulk, easing the timetabling process. This includes the functionality allowing the ability to cancel occurrence/s with the benefit of retaining an activity occurrence to track where teaching was planned but did not happen.
Publish
Enables the ability to include more data to be made visible to staff/students. Publish will also now let users configure what sub-filters are available for object timetables and find timetable.
Resource Booker
This enhancement was the most voted-for Resource Booker improvement in the Customer Community. Enables an institution to set validation options to give greater control over space utilisation to ensure that a booked room will be sufficiently filled.
App Builder Enhancements
Improved functionality across simple registers, interactions and correspondence, business processes and connectors that enhance and streamline business processes.
