Ed Chung
Chief Executive Officer
Ed has led TechnologyOne through its continued growth trajectory and transformation into being Australia's leading enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) business. With a passion for growth, innovation and TechnologyOne's people, he led the business to become an ASX 50 listed company in 2025.
Appointed Chief Executive Officer of TechnologyOne in May 2017, prior to that he spent over 10 years in senior executive roles in the company, including one and a half years as Chief Operations Officer. From 2014, Ed headed up TechnologyOne’s products and solutions division, including R&D, where he led the team that transitioned the business into a fully SaaS-based organisation. He also led the Finance and Corporate Services division and developed the commercial frameworks to drive the company’s expansion.
Stuart MacDonald
Chief Operating Officer
Stuart joined TechnologyOne in 2016 and has held the position of Chief Operating Officer since 2017. During this time Stuart has helped lead TechnologyOne through major growth milestones, including the transition from an on-premise license organisation to a SaaS company, the rollout of our fourth-generation product, and has played a key part in building the foundation for the UK region's growth - which is now being seen in market. Now, Stuart primarily focuses on driving the design, internal alignment and go-to-market strategy for SaaS+, and helping evolve the TechnologyOne brand for the future.
Stuart is a senior technology executive with more than 15 years’ global experience managing diverse teams within NASDAQ-listed software companies such as Infor Global Solutions. In 2014, he founded and grew an asset-management software consultancy which he navigated through a successful acquisition by UXC.
Stuart’s global best practice management approach is instrumental in aligning operations at TechnologyOne to power its continued growth.
Chandan Potukuchi
Chief Technology Officer
Chandan has over two decades of experience with cloud ERP and has worked extensively with enterprises of all sizes to help them realise their digital blueprints and deliver value to stakeholders.
He has experience in product and customer development, software delivery services, process engineering, product pricing, pre-sales support, customer go-live projects, and partner enablement. A designer at heart and a fusionist by style, Chandan has a passion for marrying technology to business and user delivery.
Prior to joining TechnologyOne, Chandan held many senior roles in the technology and engineering space, including Senior Vice President at SAP, leading their global engineering teams for small to medium business product portfolio.
Danielle Windle
Executive Vice President - People & Culture
Danielle Windle is a strategic and transformational leader with over 17 years of high-level experience in people, culture, program management, and operational leadership within the technology sector. She has a proven track record of driving significant organisational change, enhancing employee engagement, and leading high-performing teams in demanding environments.
Deeply committed to cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ethical practices, Danielle consistently delivers sustainable outcomes that align with strategic business goals and strengthen corporate reputation. Her leadership style is focused on building high-trust relationships while ensuring that business objectives are met with precision and impact.
Mark Jones
Executive Vice President – Education
Mark Jones was appointed Executive Vice President, Education at TechnologyOne in August 2025, bringing more than 30 years of international executive experience in higher education technology.
He has held senior global leadership roles, including Chief Product Officer at Ellucian and Cision, where he led large-scale transformation programs, shaped product strategy, and drove innovation across higher education and enterprise markets. His deep sector expertise, global perspective, and proven track record in delivering outcomes make him the ideal leader to accelerate TechnologyOne’s growth in education.
Education remains a cornerstone of TechnologyOne’s strategy, and Mark’s appointment marks a significant step toward realising the company’s ambition to become the go-to partner for higher education institutions worldwide. His leadership builds on major initiatives undertaken in recent years, including two strategic acquisitions, the creation of a Higher Education Task Force, and the establishment of the EVP Education role to provide dedicated executive focus.
Mark is passionate about transforming education through technology and is committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for customers, students, and communities. His vision will ensure TechnologyOne continues to empower education providers to innovate, adapt, and thrive in an increasingly competitive and global sector.
Ben Malpass
Executive Vice President - Local Government
Ben joined TechnologyOne in 2015, and during this time he successfully led the Queensland Sales organisation and subsequently established and lead the Global Executive Response and Customer Success teams.
Ben is a highly driven senior leader with extensive experience in the commercial application of systems that increase visibility, accuracy, and efficiency of performance data. Ben's career has encompassed senior sales and leadership roles leading multi-disciplinary teams across ANZ, Asia and Europe with Salesforce, Oracle, PTC, and MicroStrategy, and as such he brings strong relationship, sales and business acumen to the role of Executive Vice President - Local Government.
