Matthew Thompson has been the Group General Counsel of TechnologyOne since joining the Company in June 2022. He has over 20 years of wide-ranging experience as a legal and governance professional both in-house (most recently with 9 years at Bank of Queensland) and in private practice in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science (Hons) and is a member of the AICD. He has also held Board roles and has Certificates in Corporate Finance and Securities & Financial Derivatives from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.
Matthew was appointed Company Secretary in July 2025.
